It is lightly marbled, has a mineral note, and impresses with its exceptionally fine flavor.

We source the legendary US Creekstone Black Angus from Kansas, renowned worldwide as one of the finest meats. At our establishment, you can enjoy authentic Creekstone beef directly from selected farms in Kansas. The cattle are corn-fed for over 150 days, giving them a distinctive marbling and the characteristic flavor of the Wild West. This ensures a top-tier dining experience, comparable to the best steakhouses in America.

Cross-Breed Wagyu Queensland
From Queensland, Australia, we offer Cross-Breed Wagyu. These cattle are raised for about three years in regenerative free-range farming and are a mix of Black Angus and Japanese Tajima cattle. This meat is a true delight for steak lovers. Among our offerings, you’ll find the Westholme F1 Wagyu Tenderloin Steak (BMS 6/7) available in “Lady’s Cut” (200g) or “Regular Cut” (300g), the Westholme F1 Wagyu Tomahawk Steak (BMS 6/7) with an extra-long bone (approx. 1000g), and the Westholme F1 Wagyu Striploin Steak (BMS 8/9), a heavily marbled rump steak with a fat cap (approx. 300g).

Japanese Wagyu
From the region around Kagoshima, Japan, we offer Japanese Wagyu. These cattle are fed for about 500 days with a special mix of soy, wheat bran, sake, and herbs. A highlight is the Japan Akune Gold Kagoshima Wagyu A5 Flank Steak, a versatile cut of meat from the flank with coarse fibers and an intense aroma (from 200g).
